Gitex Goes Europe in 2025
Dubai – Gitex Global, one of the world’s largest tech shows, has kicked off its record-breaking edition this week in Dubai, receiving an extraordinary international response over the first three days. The scale of the event in 2023 has been further amplified by the announcement that the mega tech and start-up event will launch in Europe, spearheading the international market expansion of the global tech community.
Gitex Europe 2025 was officially announced on October 18th at a signing ceremony during the 43rd Gitex Global. The event, which runs from October 16th to 20th, has surpassed capacity at the Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC), featuring 6,000 exhibitors and welcoming 180,000-plus attendees from 180 countries. Gitex Europe, organized by KAOUN International in partnership with Messe Berlin, will debut from May 21st to 23rd, 2025.
Gitex Europe is the second overseas venture for the powerhouse Gitex brand, following the successful debut of Gitex Africa Morocco in May 2023. The official signing ceremony, attended by His Excellency Omar Sultan Al Olama, UAE Minister of State for Artificial Intelligence, Digital Economy and Remote Work Applications, and Chairman of Dubai Chamber of Digital Economy, and Franziska Giffey, Vice Mayor of Berlin and State Senator for Economic Affairs, Energy, and Enterprises, solidified the partnership between KAOUN International and Messe Berlin.

The creation of Gitex Europe 2025 in Germany, the largest economy in Europe, was catalyzed by the surge in international demand for Gitex to extend engagements and explore new markets. The event aims to accelerate future economies with a digital transformation vision centered around talent development, innovation, and purpose-driven, public-private-partnership (PPP) tech investment.
