New Emiratisation Drive Boosted by the Launch of Falek Tayyeb Recruitment App
TASC Outsourcing, a staffing and human resources solutions company, has launched a new recruitment application called Falek Tayyeb. The app aims to support the Emiratisation drive in the UAE by connecting local talent to job openings and streamlining the job-search process exclusively for Emirati citizens.
Falek Tayyeb will help Emiratis easily find and apply for roles that match their skills and career goals. According to TASC founder and chief executive, Mahesh Shahdadpuri, the app is a dedicated job-search platform that offers an exclusive channel for Emiratis to enter the UAE’s dynamic work environment.
The app is integrated with ChatGPT and assists users in creating and updating their CVs to highlight their skills and experience. It also provides opportunities for Emiratis to enhance their professional and personal growth.
Organizations will be able to display job openings specifically for Emirati talent, facilitating a more direct connection with local professionals. The app can be downloaded from the App Store or Google Store, and users will need to register to access job openings in the UAE.
The launch of the Falek Tayyeb app follows a recent survey by TASC which found that 77 per cent of Emiratis preferred job portals and sites for employment searches. The survey also indicated a growing dissatisfaction with current salaries among Emiratis, highlighting a gap between jobseekers and available opportunities.
The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation has been leading a nationwide push to increase local participation in the private sector, which is seen as a key driver of the economy. The Emiratisation drive requires companies to increase their Emirati workforce by a certain percentage every six months, with non-compliance resulting in fines.
TASC’s launch of the Falek Tayyeb recruitment app is a significant step towards fulfilling the UAE government’s Emiratisation goals and providing Emiratis with greater access to job opportunities in their own country. The app is the first of its kind in the region and is expected to make a positive impact on the employment landscape for Emirati citizens.
