Google introduces free game demos on Stadia platform.

Google has announced that it will be offering a series of game demos on its streaming platform, Stadia, for free. These demos, including popular titles such as Humankind and Immortals Fenyx Rising, will be available for a week without requiring a Stadia Pro subscription or any form of payment.

To play these demos, users simply need to create a Stadia account and stream the games from Google’s Stadia cloud servers. This move by Google aims to attract new users to try out the platform and showcase the capabilities of Stadia.

In addition to these game demos, Google has revealed that Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order, a highly acclaimed game, will be available for purchase on the Stadia Store starting November 24. This announcement comes as part of Google’s ongoing efforts to expand its game library and attract more players to Stadia.

Furthermore, CD Projekt Red, the Polish video game developer, has announced that its highly anticipated game, Cyberpunk 2077, will be launching on Stadia on November 19. This release date coincides with the game’s launch on PC, PS4, and Xbox One. Although Google had initially announced the game’s arrival on Stadia back in August 2019, it had kept the final release date under wraps.

Cyberpunk 2077 was originally scheduled to launch on other platforms on April 16, but due to delays, its release was pushed to November 19. The simultaneous release on Stadia demonstrates Google’s commitment to providing a diverse and timely gaming experience for its users.

Google has promised more updates for Stadia later this week, as it continues to solidify its position in the gaming industry. With these free game demos and highly anticipated releases, Stadia aims to attract and engage a wider audience, cementing itself as a prominent player in the realm of cloud gaming.
